Lena Kirakosian M.S.N., F.N.P-C, graduated from California State University Northridge in 1991 with a Baccalaureate Degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. In 1994, she graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Nursing. In 1997, Ms. Kirakosian graduated from USC with a Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. During this time, she worked in Intensive Care for three years and held a faculty position at the USC School of Nursing, teaching critical care nursing. On completing her Family Nurse Practitioner certification, she worked in Family Practice for the Keck School of Medicine of USC from 1998-2013. She also has continued to work in Emergency Medicine and Urgent care for the past 22-years. In 2013 she joined a dermatology private practice in Westlake Village. CA, and in August 2018, she rejoined USC in the Department of Family Medicine.
