Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

The Master of Science (M.S.) education program in speech-language pathology (residential) at University of Southern California is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, MD 20850, 800-498-2071 or 301-296-5700.

California Commission on Teacher Credentialing

The Committee on Accreditation on behalf of the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) granted initial accreditation on October 28, 2021 to the USC as a professional preparation program to award the Speech-Language Pathology Services credential. The Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology program works in coordination with the USC Rossier School of Education (RSOE) for the administration and adherence of all requirements and timelines for the student candidates.

At the end of the graduate program, the MS SLP students will have met all of the requirements for the Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential.
