Flourishing Leadership Integrative Program (FLIP)

The Office of Faculty Affairs, Advancement, and Inclusion (OFAAI) in partnership with the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Health, is piloting the Flourishing Leadership Integrative Program (FLIP). FLIP is a novel cohort experience designed to help faculty lead with clarity, compassion, and impact.

Please use this form to submit an application to participate in this program. If you would like to review or work on your responses ahead of time, you may view the application questions in the document linked here.

This application asks you to upload your current Curriculum Vitae (CV) and respond to the following questions:

  • Background information (department affiliation, academic rank and track)
  • Description of the scope of your current work and responsibilities
  • What motivates you to participate in the program?
  • What leadership skills do you hope to develop and how will you apply these skills?

Due date: Friday, January 16, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Fee: No fee
