Our mission is to support non-union, non-faculty staff within the Keck School of Medicine of USC community. We are dedicated to enhancing the employee culture by offering consulting services to department management, collecting, and addressing staff complaints, and advocating for good management practices. Our aim is to assist department leaders in swiftly and efficiently resolving job performance and workplace issues, all with the overarching goal of fostering a positive and engaging work environment. We engage in constructive dialogues with employees regarding their work environment and equip them with information and resources regarding the interpretation and application of university policies and procedures related to employment matters.
