The Association of Health Care Journalists quoted Brett Feldman, clinical associate professor of family medicine and director of Street Medicine, on federal regulators making history earlier this year when they introduced a new rule that allows hospitals, physicians and other providers to be reimbursed for delivering health care to homeless Americans.
