Recruiting and training the brightest minds to propel the field of OB/GYN

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology provides education for its 36 residents and 16 fellows and provides educational opportunities at 12 locations around the Los Angeles area.

During their training the residents are exposed to a great breadth of diseases and pathology and a large spectrum of patients. Combining all the sites, the residents participate deliveries, major and minor gynecologic procedures and as the clinical base of their education in general obstetrics and gynecology. Additionally, students are able to gain experience and training in all the major subspecialties and divisions.
