The in-depth, hands-on curriculum covered all aspects of the human body, and the small class sizes made the program feel much more personalized. The IAS program greatly deepened my interest in the subject of human anatomy. The courses, faculty, and research opportunities enabled me to learn about the field of anatomy as a whole while also investigating specific topics that interest me. I have always been interested in becoming a physician, and the courses often connected anatomy to its clinical applications. While my interest in the field of medicine remains, the program gave me a new passion for teaching in the anatomical sciences.

I chose the USC IAS Master’s Program to strengthen my anatomy foundation before PA school, and it exceeded my expectations. This program prepared me from a teaching and research perspective and set me up to start my future studies in a PhD program…I gained valuable skills in lab instruction, dissection, and research.
