Master in Public Health

The Master of Public Health programs at Keck School of Medicine are comprised of 42 units, and offer honed-in, modern courses from expert teaching faculty across four concentrations. Both programs culminate in the practicum, through which students demonstrate their skills and knowledge in a real-world setting, and gain networking opportunities with real organizations.

On-Campus MPH

Our flagship MPH program has been training public health leaders for nearly 30 years and boasts an expansive alumni network. It is ideal for MPH students looking for a traditional graduate school experience – with summers off, in-person classes and group work, and a large library of course offerings.

Online MPH

The online program offers ultimate flexibility around when and where to complete coursework, enabling students to earn an MPH degree while accommodating other personal and professional commitments. Online students often find this an ideal balance when combined with customized support from advisors and faculty, and the option to participate in on-campus events when convenient for them.
