What is an IRG?

Inclusion Resource Groups (IRG) are employee-led groups formed around shared beliefs, backgrounds and interests. IRGs help to create a sense of belonging, especially for those in historically marginalized groups. They offer a space where people can connect with colleagues, learn and grow professionally and personally, be an active voice for change, give back to the community, and more.
