  • Office of Diversity & Inclusion aims to recruit, retain and increase the number of minority students and to provide counsel to minority medical students.   • Center for Gender Equity in Medicine & Science (GEMS) aims to achieve a climate of gender equity and safety for all, working in close collaboration with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the University and with an intersectional approach.

  • Office of Well-being The KSOM Office of Well-being serves in an advisory and supportive role for local KSOM schools, departments, and divisions by offering readymade and progressive interventions to reduce burnout and improve well-being.

  • DEI Champions at KSOM provide vision, leadership, coordination, and implementation of a DEI strategic plan that will promote inclusive excellence and strategies to achieve a diverse, equitable and respectful environment.

  • USC Culture Journey Culture Journey is a university-wide initiative to explore our values, align the supportive behaviors that bring those values to life and develop opportunities to improve our systems and processes. Together, we are shaping our culture.

  • Student Equity & Inclusion Programs USC Student Equity and Inclusion Programs (SEIP) is a cluster of student development centers and initiatives within USC Student Affairs that offer student support services and programs that focus on intersectionality, sense of belonging and well-being.
