Antiracism Education, Allyship Training, and Institutional Climate Change

The goal of this initiative is to educate and promote behavioral change in the Keck School community such that we move toward achieving an institutional climate in which diverse students, staff and faculty can thrive. This initiative uses a four-pronged approach:

  1. Anti-racism/social justice book club
  2. Allyship training for interested Keck School constituents
  3. Convening biannual Think Tanks to feature ongoing DEIB efforts at the Keck School
  4. Support direct engagement with underserved patient populations through support of the Physicians for Human Rights clinic and the development of new community collaborations with patient-facing non-medical health providers.
