Orientation Reminders 7.30.2025

We are a few days away from Orientation and we wanted to provide you with the following reminders:

MD Well-being video is now available!

You may access the MD well being video via our video repository or by clicking here. Remember that we highly recommend viewing all videos in the repository prior to attending Orientation. We will also have a fun quiz on the videos during Orientation week with prizes!

Intro to Elentra- video reminder:

Make sure to review the Intro to Elentra video prior to the start of Orientation next week. You may access this video via our video repository or by clicking here.

MD Scavenger Hunt (updated start time):

Our MD Scavenger Hunt will start at 3:30 pm on Monday August 4th and will conclude at 5:00 pm.  The change with the start time is reflected on our MD-Student Orientation Schedule. This event is optional but we encourage our students to participate as a way to become acclimated with the HSC campus and win prizes!

HJSC assignment reminder:
Please make sure to complete your assigned reading and watch the required video prior to attending your first HJSC session on Wednesday August 5th.

Orientation meals:

We will be providing Orientation meals throughout the week. We did our best to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences including Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free. Students are also welcome to bring their own food if they prefer or purchase meals in Seaver Residence Hall which is right across from Mayer Auditorium where the majority of your sessions will take place.

USC Card:

You will need your USC Card for required sessions during orientation week. Please make sure to complete the USC Card form here.
