REMINDER – Log in to your EMR Systems & LAG Health Clearance Video

This message serves as a friendly reminder to ensure you are logging in to all Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems you have been granted access to (ORCHID/LA General, CERNER/Keck, etc.) every sixty (60) days, regardless of use or necessity. For your convenience, you will receive an email reminder every 1st and 15th of the month.

If you are having difficulty logging in to ORCHID (LA General), please contact the Enterprise Help Desk at (323) 409-8000 or via email (ehd@dhs.lacounty.gov). If you are having difficulty logging in to CERNER (Keck Medical Center), please contact Keck Medical Center IT at (323) 442-4444 or via email (servicedesk@med.usc.edu).
