INFORMATION – FLU VACCINE

The 2025-2026 Flu Vaccine is now available at USC Student Health.  You may make an appointment at the Eric Cohen Student Health Center via MySHR or by reaching out to Student Health ([email protected]) directly.  They also accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All students must receive the 2025-2026 Flu Vaccine by October 24th, 2025 to remain compliant with USC Student Health. This will need to be reflected in your MySHR, so if you choose to get your vaccine outside of USC, please make sure to upload the appropriate documentation into this portal.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to receive your flu shot on-campus during the upcoming vaccine clinic:

• Friday, October 17th from 12:00pm – 1:30pm in Pappas Quad
• Exclusively available to all USC Medical Students
• $20.00 Fee or Free with SHIP insurance.
• No Sign-Up Required… simply visit Pappas Quad to get your shot!

If you need to decline the flu vaccine, please complete the form that is relevant to your situation (Influenza_Religious_Exemption or Medical Exemption Request_Influenza) and then return to USC Student Health at [email protected].

INFORMATION – COVID-19 VACCINE

Please review this notice (COVID19_Vaccination_Update) from USC Student Health regarding the 2025-2026 COVID-19 vaccine.  Please note this policy applies across LA General, Keck Medicine of USC, and CHLA facilities.  Away institutions may have their own health requirements that you are still expected to meet to complete your rotation.
