How to Apply

We accept applications exclusively through SF Match. Documents submitted by mail, fax, or email will not be incorporated into your application file.

  • All applicants must have completed the USMLE. We do not accept COMLEX as your only licensing exam.
  • A complete application includes the SF Match common application form, your medical school transcript, and a personal statement.
  • International graduates must hold a valid ECFMG certificate and provide a State of California medical license eligibility letter.
  • The training program is able to sponsor J-1 visas, but not H-1B visas.

  • Application Deadline: September 1, 2026
  • Interview Dates: December 3-4, 2026
  • Interview Format: Virtual – In compliance with SF Match and AUPO guidelines during each cycle.
